I am an Intercultural Development InventoryⓇ qualified administer.

I will walk your organization through the Intercultural Development InventoryⓇ assessment

process as well as the debrief process. The Intercultural Development InventoryⓇ is the first

step in your organization's intercultural competency journey. It shows you where

individuals in your organization as well as your organization are at on the intercultural continuum.
